Do I need equipment?

Nope — you can get started with zero gear. Every workout starts with bodyweight-only exercises, so you can begin with just you and your space. Dumbbell routines are available in the Premium plan, with resistance bands and kettlebells coming soon.

Is it free?

Yes! You can access 2–3 minute bodyweight workouts for free. After completing a 7-day streak, you'll unlock 5-minute workouts as a reward for your consistency. Premium gives you access to longer sessions and equipment-based workouts like dumbbells (with more coming soon).

Who is this for?

2-Min Fit is for anyone who wants to build a fitness habit that actually sticks — especially busy beginners, people starting over, or anyone who feels overwhelmed by intense, time consuming workouts.

How often should I work out?

Every day if you can — even if it’s just 1 or 2 minutes. The goal isn’t intensity, it’s consistency. 2-Min Fit is designed to help you build the habit of showing up daily, so fitness becomes part of your routine — not a struggle.

What if I miss a day?

Life happens! You can use the 1-Min Quick Mode to save your streak, or just jump back in the next day. The goal is progress, not perfection.

Will the workouts get harder as I improve?

Yes! The workouts are designed to get more challenging as your streak builds. In the future, we’ll be rolling out AI-generated workouts that adapt to your progress and feedback. (Coming in Phase 2).

What’s included in the Premium plan?

Premium unlocks 5- and 7-minute workouts right away — no waiting for a streak. It also includes access to dumbbell routines, with resistance band and kettlebell workouts coming soon. Free users can unlock 5-minute workouts after completing a 7-day streak, and stick with body weight-only workouts up to 3 minutes.
